📦 Refund & Replacement Policy:

  • 🎥 Unboxing 360″ degree Video Required – Must record unboxing when you receive the order.
  • ⏱️ Submit Proof Within 24 Hours – Send video/photos via mail within 24 hours of delivery.
  • 🚫 Without Valid Proof – Refund/Replacement not possible.
  • 📧 Issue Reporting – Any fault must be reported via email within 24 hours.
  • 🔍 Quality Check – Refund/Replacement starts only after product passes QC.
  • Processing Time – Once verified, Refund/Replacement is initiated within 48 hours.
  • 🖨️ Minor color differences may occur due to printing; eligibility for refund/replacement will be confirmed by our QC team.
  • Customers are requested to raise any order-related queries within 30 Days from the date of order. As order records are not maintained beyond this period, any requests made after 30 Days will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

⚠️ Wrong Information Policy:

🚫 Wrong Details OR RTO Cases  – Orders with incorrect customer information(Like address, pincode, mobile number etc.) are not eligible for Refund/Replacement. In that case we provide re-shipment after RTO order will be received at our warehouse, and extra courier charges will apply for re-shipment.

⚠️ Products Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement:

  • 🚫 No valid photo/video proof – If our support team is not satisfied, refund/replacement is not eligible.
  • 🚫 No unboxing video – Refund/replacement not eligible.
  • 🚫 Complaint not reported within 24 hours – Refund/replacement not eligible.
  • Delivery Attempts: We make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the customer does not receive the parcel or fails to coordinate with the delivery person, the order will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

💰 Refund Timeline:

  • ✅ After confirmation, refund will be credited in 4–5 working days via same payment method used.

🚚 Delivery Policy:

  • ✅ Delivery usually in 5–9 Business working days.
  • ⏳ If delayed due to any reason, maximum 20 days.
