FAQs

Standard delivery time is within 5-7 working days once the order is dispatched if you live in a remote location delays in delivery may happen.
If your Pincode is not serviceable with our courier partners than we need to dispatch your order through Indian Post If your order is shipped via India Post, we cannot assure you delivery within 7 working days after dispatch as India Post delivery takes longer than standard delivery time.

Once we ship your order, you will receive an update from us and our courier partner as well regarding your shipping information.
You can Click on the received tracking link and track your order. 

 

Your order will be shipped with 48 working hours.
Note: Customized products like Name necklaces and Name Rings will take 4-5 working days to be shipped.

We can only change your address/contact details if the order is Shipped. Once your order is Shipped, we will not be able to change your address/contact details.

You can cancel your order within 2 hours after placing the order.
Reason behind this is, Your order will shift to “under processing” status than we can’t able to do any changes.

Why did this happen?

The SMS confirmation is sent automatically when we fulfil the orders, this confirmation is sent by an international company – Twilio, many phone carriers do not regard the SMS from them as a transactional SMS and when the customer has DND turned on, they do not receive the order confirmation.

Unfortunately, there’s no solution to this problem as of now, we apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Please email us within 24 hours if you have not received your order but the tracking status shows delivered. If you do not contact us within 5 days since the order was marked as delivered, we will not be able to assist you in this issue.

If you fail to email us within 24 hours, the carrier may refuse to do any investigation of your order.

The colour of the actual product may vary because of the different colour spaces used in images on the website and actual products.
Digital printing does also cause colour variations. We have already mentioned this on the product page.
